Account & Data Deletion Request
Use this page to request deletion of your SEP account and all data associated with it.
What gets deleted?
All personal data tied to your account is permanently deleted, including your full name, email, national ID number, profile photo, training progress, exam results, certificates, survey responses, and mobile push notification token. Records your institution is legally required to retain (e.g. minimal audit records) may be kept in anonymized form.
How to request deletion
Use the button below to send a deletion request email from your registered email address. Your request is processed within 30 days after your identity is verified, and you will be notified once complete. You may also submit your request through your institution administrator.
